When you start with RFQ(Request for Quotation), we recommend to use theContact. We will reply to you by email, but we will also send you a Quotation Sheet (PDF file) on request.
Please note that payment needs to be processed via Yamato Transport cash on delivery(limited to Japan) or advance payment (bank transfer in advance).
(In case of starting with a phone call or a fax message for inquiry, please follow the above procedure, too.)
4. Purchase according to regular transaction conditions

This applies to corporations who are expected to place repeat orders (100,000 yen or more per month).
